Western States DMR Network
Terms of Service for this Network

The Western States DMR Network (WSDMR) is a network consisting of Amateur Radio Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) repeaters that are privately owned, operated and linked by way of public and private IP transport networks.  WSDMR reserves the right to, at any time, make changes, with or without notice to enhance or restrict repeater access, talkgroup or user access.  WSDMR also reserves the right to block your use of the WSDMR network, at any time, with or without notice.

This "Terms of Service" is a condition of use of the WSDMR network of repeaters instituted by the WSDMR repeater owners to the users of the WSDMR network of repeaters.

No contract of service is implied or created between the repeater owners and users of the repeaters.  The repeater owners may discontinue any of their repeaters service at any time. 

WSDMR is not a public utility nor a common carrier.  WSDMR is an open Amateur Radio network of privately owned Amateur Radio DMR repeaters which allow use by licensed Amateur Radio Operators operating within the privileges of their license class under a not-for-profit and public benefit environment, subject to control or restriction by the repeater owners who may enable/disable transport of repeater traffic and user access at any time, with or without notice.

ALL WSDMR users must use a valid DMR User ID issued by radioid.net and assigned to them for that purpose.  All name, call sign, city and state information provided to radioid.net  must be valid and accurate.  Any changes to the DMR user information, must be updated in the radioid.net database.

Encryption, "Private Call", custom talkgroups or data services is not permitted by WSDMR users.  If encryption, "Private Call", custom talkgroups or data services is used, your DMR User ID's will be blocked from the WSDMR with or without notice.

Your use or continued use of any of the WSDMR repeaters or this website infers no right to any continued use of any WSDMR repeaters.  Access may be withdrawn at any time for any reason without notice or recourse to WSDMR users.

The owners of WSDMR expect all users of the WSDMR Network to be:

   Courteous and respectful to all other users

   Operate within their license privileges

    Use and enjoy the WSDMR Network as much as they want

These Terms of Service may change at any time, with or without notice.
